  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 head of Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup salsa

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the beef is browned and cooked through.

  2. Arrange lettuce on a large serving platter. Layer ground beef, avocado, cherry tomatoes, and shredded cheese over the lettuce.

  3. Drizzle sour cream and salsa over the salad.

  4. Serve and enjoy!
