How To Make Low-Carb Keto Cheese Taco Shells

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Optional toppings: avocado, sour cream, salsa

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded cheddar cheese, chili powder, and cumin.

  3. Divide the cheese mixture into 4 portions and form each portion into a circle on the prepared baking sheet.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crisp.

  5. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the taco shells cool slightly.

  6. Carefully remove the taco shells from the baking sheet and shape them into taco shells by draping them over an inverted muffin tin or other similar shape.

  7. Allow the taco shells to cool completely before filling them with your desired toppings.

  8. Serve with avocado, sour cream, and salsa if desired.
