How To Make Low Carb Teriyaki Chicken Recipe

This is a delicious and healthy low carb version of the classic teriyaki chicken dish.

Ingredients

  • 4 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup erythritol or other low carb sweetener
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sweetener, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ginger powder.

  3. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the teriyaki sauce over the chicken, turning to coat evenly.

  4. Add water to the baking dish.

  5. Bake chicken in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
