How To Make Low Carb Chicken Stir-Fry Recipe
This quick and easy stir-fry recipe is packed with protein and vegetables, while being low in carbs.

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add sliced chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add in sliced peppers, onion, and minced garlic. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 8-10 minutes.

In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and black pepper.

Pour sauce over chicken and vegetables in the skillet. Stir to coat everything evenly.
