How To Make Buffalo Shrimp Lettuce Wraps
Spicy and flavorful buffalo shrimp wrapped in fresh, crisp lettuce leaves and topped with tangy ranch dressing.

Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 head of butter lettuce, washed and separated into leaves
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter and buffalo sauce.

Toss shrimp in buffalo sauce mixture until fully coated.

Place shrimp on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes, or until cooked through.

Assemble lettuce wraps by filling each lettuce leaf with 3-4 shrimp and topping with a drizzle of ranch dressing.
