  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, soy sauce, chili powder, lime juice, salt, and pepper.

  2. Add shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  4. Thread shrimp onto skewers and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side or until shrimp are cooked through and slightly charred.

  5. Serve hot with lime wedges.
