How To Make Keto Ground Beef and Green Bean Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb green beans, trimmed
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add ground beef, garlic, and ginger to the skillet. Cook until beef is browned and no longer pink.

Add green beans to the skillet and stir well. Cook for 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender.
