This is a low-carb, high-protein stir-fry perfect for a keto diet.

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp chopped scallions

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over high heat and add coconut oil.

  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned.

  3. Add the sliced peppers, onions, and minced garlic. Cook for 3-5 minutes until vegetables have softened.

  4. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, and ginger paste. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

  5. Garnish with chopped scallions before serving.
