Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tbsp chopped scallions
Instructions

Heat a large skillet over high heat and add coconut oil.

Add ground beef and cook until browned.

Add the sliced peppers, onions, and minced garlic. Cook for 3-5 minutes until vegetables have softened.
