Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
