  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.

  2. Add garlic and onion to skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.

  3. Add ground beef to skillet and brown, breaking up into small pieces as it cooks.

  4. Add Brussels sprouts to skillet and cook for another 5-7 minutes until tender.

  5. Drizzle balsamic vinegar over the skillet and stir to combine.

  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
