How To Make Brussels Sprouts with Bacon & Chestnuts
A delicious side dish featuring tender Brussels sprouts, crispy bacon, and nutty chestnuts.

Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 4 slices bacon, diced
- 1 cup cooked chestnuts, roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the Brussels sprouts and cook for 5 minutes, or until slightly tender.

Transfer the Brussels sprouts to a baking sheet and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until caramelized and cooked through.

In a small pan, warm the chestnuts over low heat.

Remove the Brussels sprouts from the oven and transfer to a serving dish. Top with the cooked bacon and chestnuts.
