  • 4 fish fillets (such as cod or tilapia)
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. In a shallow dish, mix together parmesan, almond flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  3. Brush each fish fillet with melted butter and dip into the parmesan mixture, making sure it’s fully coated.

  4. Place the fish on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake for 12-15 minutes, until the crust is golden brown and the fish is cooked through.
