  • 2 large zucchinis, cut into fries
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a bowl, mix together almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.

  3. Dip zucchini fries in beaten egg, then coat in the almond flour mixture.

  4. Place coated fries on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

  5. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
