  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • Fresh fruit and nuts for topping

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract and cinnamon.

  2. Whisk well and cover the bowl.

  3. Chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours or overnight until thickened.

  4. Serve with fresh fruit and nuts on top.
