How To Make Dairy Free Oatmeal Raisin Cookies Recipe
Soft and chewy oatmeal raisin cookies made without any dairy ingredients that are perfect for a vegan or lactose-free diet.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plant-based butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 flax egg (1 tbsp flaxseed meal + 3 tbsp water)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 3/4 cup raisins
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, cream the plant-based butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

Add in the flax egg and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.

In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.

Gradually stir in the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until well combined.

Fold in the rolled oats and raisins.

Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop dough balls onto the parchment-lined baking sheet.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until lightly golden brown around the edges.
