How To Make Boston Market Carrot Cake Recipe
Classic and delicious carrot cake with cream cheese frosting.

Ingredients
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 2 cups of sugar
- 2 tsp of baking soda
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- 2 tsp of ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 1/2 cups of vegetable oil
- 4 large eggs
- 3 cups of grated carrots
- 1 cup of chopped walnuts
- 8 oz of cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups of powdered sugar
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

Stir in oil and eggs until well blended.

Fold in grated carrots and chopped walnuts.

Pour mixture into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan.

Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until fluffy.

Gradually beat in powdered sugar and vanilla extract.

Spread cream cheese frosting evenly on cooled cake.
