How To Make All-in-one chicken traybake
A delicious and easy chicken dish cooked all together on one tray for a convenient and flavorful meal.

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, bell peppers, red onion, garlic, olive oil, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper. Toss until well coated.

Arrange the chicken breasts on a baking tray and surround with the potato mixture.

Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
