Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 4 chicken drumsticks
  • 2 tbsp Harissa paste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the Harissa paste, olive oil, smoked paprika, cumin, coriander, and salt.

  3. Add the chicken thighs and drumsticks to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the marinade.

  4. Place the chicken pieces onto a baking tray and arrange the lemon slices around them.

  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and crispy.

  6. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
