  • 1 small head of cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 4 tbsp of unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1/2 tsp of black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Cook until the butter turns a deep golden brown color, stirring occasionally.

  2. Add the sliced cabbage to the skillet and stir to coat it with the burnt butter. Cook for 10-12 minutes, until the cabbage is wilted and lightly caramelized.

  3. Sprinkle salt and black pepper over the cabbage and continue to cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.

  4. Remove from heat and serve hot as a side dish.
