How To Make Burnt Butter Cabbage

Ingredients
- 1 small head of cabbage, thinly sliced
- 4 tbsp of unsalted butter
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of black pepper

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Cook until the butter turns a deep golden brown color, stirring occasionally.

Add the sliced cabbage to the skillet and stir to coat it with the burnt butter. Cook for 10-12 minutes, until the cabbage is wilted and lightly caramelized.
