How To Make Salmon with Sesame, Soy & Ginger Noodles

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz noodles (such as udon or soba)
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions

In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic. Place salmon fillets in the marinade and let them sit for 10 minutes.

Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add salmon fillets (reserving the marinade) and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

Remove salmon from the pan and set aside. In the same pan, add broccoli and bell pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until crisp-tender.

Add the reserved marinade and cooked noodles to the pan. Stir to combine and heat through.

Serve the noodles topped with the cooked salmon fillets. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
