How To Make Crispy Salmon with Turnip, Mandarin & Noodle Salad

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 turnips, julienned
- 2 mandarins, segmented
- 200g rice noodles
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes.

Cook rice noodles according to package instructions and set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.

In a large bowl, combine the julienned turnips, mandarin segments, and cooked rice noodles.

Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well to coat.

Serve the crispy salmon on top of the salad and garnish with fresh cilantro.
