How To Make Baked Lemon Sole with Lemon & Caper Paste

- 4 lemon sole fillets
- 2 lemons, zest and juice
- 2 tbsp capers, drained
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a small bowl, combine the lemon zest, lemon juice, capers, parsley, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make the lemon and caper paste.

Place the lemon sole fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Spread the lemon and caper paste evenly over each fillet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
