- 8 large button mushrooms
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
- 2 anchovy fillets, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Remove stems from mushrooms and brush with olive oil.

In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, anchovies, garlic, salt, and pepper.
