How To Make Blueberry Milk

For all milk and blueberry fans out there, this is the perfect combination for you! Our homemade blueberry milk is easy, delicious, and nutritious!

Ingredients

  • 1cupblueberries,fresh, or frozen
  • ¼cupsugar
  • cupwater
  • 2cupsmilk

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, heat the blueberries, sugar, and water over medium high heat until boiling. Reduce heat to medium-low, and let simmer for 10 to 15 minutes to reduce until it thickens slightly.

  2. Remove from heat and strain through a fine-mesh strainer if desired. Refrigerate.

  3. Whisk together a ¼ cup of the blueberry syrup with 1 cup of cold milk to serve.
