  • 2 cups of fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

  • 1/4 cup erythritol
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

  3. Stir in melted butter and almond milk until a dough forms.

  4. Spread blueberries evenly in the bottom of a 9-inch baking dish.

  5. Crumble dough over the blueberries.
