How To Make Blueberry Buckle

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- topping:
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, cold and cubed
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch baking dish.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Cut in the softened butter using a fork or pastry cutter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

In a separate bowl, mix together the milk and vanilla extract. Add to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Gently fold in the blueberries.

Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking dish.

In a small bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and cinnamon for the topping. Cut in the cold butter until crumbly.

Sprinkle the topping over the batter.
