Ingredients

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup powdered milk
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. In a food processor or blender, pulse the white chocolate chips until finely ground.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground white chocolate, powdered milk, sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Mix well to combine.

  3. Store the mixture in an airtight container until ready to use.

  4. To Make Hot Chocolate:

  5. In a saucepan, heat 1 cup of milk over medium heat until hot, but not boiling.

  6. Add 2 tablespoons of the homemade white hot chocolate mix to the hot milk. Whisk continuously until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.

  7. Pour into mugs and serve hot.
