How To Make Pink Gin Fizz Cocktail
A vibrant and refreshing drink, this pink gin fizz cocktail fuses tart and zesty hints using raspberry, lime juice, & pink lemonade, for a quick boozy sip.
Place 2 ¾ cup cocktail glasses in the freezer for 5 minutes to chill.
Meanwhile, place the raspberries and mint in a cocktail shaker and use a rolling pin or muddling stick to muddle. Add the gin, lime juice. lime zest, and ice. Stir to combine.
Cover and shake for 30 seconds.
Place the extra ice in the chilled glasses. Strain the raspberry mixture into the glasses. Top with pink lemonade.
Garnish with lime slices, extra raspberries, and extra mint leaves. Serve and enjoy!
