- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 store-bought tart shells

In a small saucepan, combine the blueberries, granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the blueberries burst and release their juices. Remove from heat and let cool.
