Ingredients
- 2 cups carrots, coarsely grated
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup almonds or cashews, chopped
- ¼ cup raisins
- ¼ cup sugar
- ¼ cup cream
- ¼ tsp cardamom
Instructions
- Put shredded carrots and milk in a pot. Boil over medium heat to soften.
- Sprinkle chopped nuts, raisins, sugar, cream, and cardamom and mix well.
- Serve and enjoy!
