This mudslide pie recipe is a very rich and decadent dessert that melts in your mouth. This pie freezes well so you can keep it for later consumption.

How To Make Mudslide Pie
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 oz Kahlua , or coffee liquor
- 1 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips, melted
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
- 28 oreo cookies, crushed
- 2 oreo pie crusts
- 16 oz Cool Whip
For Topping:
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 oz Baileys Irish Creme
- 2 tbsp chocolate syrup
- 1 tbsp sugar
Instructions

In a medium saucepan, bring cream, butter, and Kahlua to a boil.

Fold in melted chocolate chips and mix in crushed cookies.

When it's fully incorporated, fold in the Cool Whip.

Pour into pie shells and spread evenly. Put in the freezer for 2 hours.
Making the topping

Whip cream until very firm. Fold in the Irish creme and chocolate.

Spread evenly over the top of both pies, then refreeze for 30 minutes.
