
How To Make Fresh Raspberry Pie
Fresh berries are always great in desserts, and this raspberry pie is no exception. Whip up a tart treat of fruity raspberries in just 20 minutes!

Ingredients
- 1single crust pie,(9 inch pastry)
- 2½cupsraspberries
- ½cupbrown sugar,packed
- 1tspcornstarch
- 1tbspbutter
- 1egg white
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.

Line a 9-inch pie plate with the pastry, and brush with egg white. Arrange berries in the crust. Combine the sugar and cornstarch, then sprinkle mixture over the berries. Dot with butter.

Cover with upper crust, and seal the edges.

Bake for 10 minutes. Reduce the oven temperature to 400 degrees F and continue baking for 30 minutes.
