  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup raspberry jam
  • 1/4 cup fresh raspberries
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • a pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  2. In a saucepan, melt white chocolate chips and heavy cream together until smooth.

  3. Stir in raspberry jam and fresh raspberries.

  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.

  5. Slowly pour the white chocolate mixture into the egg mixture and stir until combined.

  6. Pour the mixture into the pre-made pie crust and bake for 50 minutes.

  7. Let cool to room temperature before serving.
