- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup ground almonds
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and diced
- 1/2 cup raspberry jam
- Powdered sugar, for dusting

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, ground almonds, and granulated sugar.

Add the cold diced butter to the bowl and rub it into the dry ingredients using your fingertips until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
