  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a bowl, combine the sliced apples, granulated sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and lemon juice. Toss to coat the apples evenly.

  3. Transfer the apple mixture into a greased 9-inch pie dish.
