  • 1 9-inch pre-baked pie crust
  • 2 large ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Place the sliced bananas on the bottom of the pre-baked pie crust.

  2. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until smooth and thickened. Pour the pudding mixture over the bananas in the pie crust.

  3. In a separate mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Spread the whipped cream over the pudding layer in the pie crust.

  4. Refrigerate the pie for at least 2 hours before serving to allow it to set.

  5. Garnish with additional sliced bananas if desired before serving.
