How To Make Instant Pot Apple Crisp
Warm, comforting and crumbly apple crisp dessert cooked to perfection in Instant Pot, topped with vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients
- 3 medium-sized apples, peeled, cored, and diced
- 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1/2 cup of old-fashioned oats
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp of nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp of salt
- 1/4 cup of unsalted butter, melted
Instructions

Combine diced apples and 1/4 cup of water in the Instant Pot. Cook on manual high pressure for 2 minutes, then quick-release the pressure.

In a mixing bowl, stir together flour, brown sugar, oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix in melted butter until crumbly.

Pour the crumbly mixture over the cooked apples in the Instant Pot.

Cover the Instant Pot with a lid and cook on manual high pressure for 5 minutes. Natural release the pressure for 10 minutes.

Remove the lid and serve the apple crisp warm with vanilla ice cream on top.
