How To Make Instant Pot Chocolate Lava Cake Recipe
A decadent chocolate cake with a gooey center that’s cooked in an Instant Pot.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup water
Instructions

In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

Add in the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract, and mix to combine.

Stir in the chocolate chips.

Pour the batter into a greased 4-cup heat-safe bowl.

Pour the water into the Instant Pot and place the trivet inside.

Carefully lower the bowl onto the trivet.

Close the lid and set the valve to sealing.

Cook on high pressure for 6 minutes.

Quick release the pressure and carefully remove the bowl from the Instant Pot.

Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
