How To Make Instant Pot Tiramisu Recipe
A classic Italian dessert with layers of ladyfinger cookies, coffee, and mascarpone cheese in an Instant Pot.

Ingredients
- 1 cup brewed coffee
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 8 oz mascarpone cheese
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 18-20 ladyfinger cookies
- Cocoa powder, for dusting
Instructions

In a shallow bowl, mix brewed coffee and sugar until sugar dissolves.

In another bowl, beat mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Dip ladyfinger cookies into coffee mixture and place them in a single layer at the bottom of the Instant Pot.

Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the cookies. Repeat with another layer of soaked ladyfingers and mascarpone mixture.

Cover the Instant Pot with foil and place the trivet inside.

Add 1 cup of water to the Instant Pot and place the foil-covered dish on the trivet.

Cook on high pressure for 15 minutes and let it release pressure naturally for 5 minutes. Release any remaining pressure manually.

Remove the dish from the Instant Pot and let it cool at room temperature.

Once cooled, dust the tiramisu with cocoa powder and serve chilled.
