How To Make Instant Pot Flan
Creamy, smooth and delicious flan made easily in an Instant Pot.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 cup of whole milk
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, sugar and vanilla extract.

Pour the mixture into a flan mold and cover tightly with aluminum foil.

Add 1 cup of water to the Instant Pot and place a trivet at the bottom.

Place the flan mold on top of the trivet and cook on high pressure for 35 minutes.

Once done, allow for natural pressure release and then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

To serve, carefully flip the flan mold onto a plate and enjoy!
