How To Make Honeydew and Raspberry Sherbet
A refreshing and fruity dessert perfect for hot summer days.

Ingredients
- 2 cups cubed honeydew melon
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
Instructions

In a blender, puree honeydew and raspberries until smooth.

In a small saucepan, heat honey and water over low heat until the honey dissolves, stirring occasionally.

Add the honey mixture and lemon juice to the blender and puree until well combined.

Pour the mixture into a container and freeze for 2 hours.

After 2 hours, take it out and stir it up with a fork. Freeze for an additional 2 hours.

Take it out of the freezer and let it sit for 5-10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
