Beat the summer heat with this extra fresh and ultra flavorful cucumber-honeydew smoothie. It has some added sweetness from the passionfruit juice.

Ingredients

  • 1cucumber,peeled, seeded and chopped
  • 2cupshoneydew melon,cubed
  • 2cupspassion fruit juice
  • 8sprigsfresh mint,or to taste
  • 2cupsice,crushed

Instructions

  1. Combine cucumber, honeydew melon, passion fruit juice, and ice in a blender. Pull leaves from mint springs and add to blender.

  2. Blend mixture until smooth. Pour into tall glasses.
