Enjoy a cantaloupe dunked in miny syrup for a delicious and refreshing fruit dessert and topped it with a spoonful of whipped topping.

  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp mint, crushed
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 cups cantaloupe balls
  • mint , for garnish


  1. Combine sugar, water, and crushed mint in a saucepan.

  2. Boil for three minutes.

  3. Strain and chill.

  4. Add blueberries and cantaloupe balls to the sugar mixture.

  5. Serve in a pretty dish with a spoonful of whipped topping.
