How To Make Minty Melon Salad

Three kinds of melons are combines in this light fruit trio salad. It's flavored with a sweet honey-vinegar dressing and added with a fresh sprig of mint.

  • 1 watermelon, rind removed, cut into 6 small wedges
  • 2 cups cantaloupe balls
  • 2 cups honeydew balls
  • sprigs fresh mint , chopped
  • ½ cup watermelon, cubed , seeded
  • ¼ cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 ½ tsp raspberry vinegar


  1. Place watermelon wedges on 6 individual salad plates.
  2. Mound cantaloupe and honeydew balls next to watermelon.
  3. Sprinkle with mint.
  4. In blender or food processor, process seeded watermelon and raspberries until smooth.
  5. Add honey and vinegar; pulse until blended.
  6. Drizzle vinaigrette over melon salad.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with mint sprigs.
