  • 2 cups strawberries, blueberries, raspberries or a combination, sliced
  • ½ pc banana, small, cut into chunks, ripe
  • cup reduced-fat sour cream
  • ½ cup low-fat cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp Stevi, or Monk Fruit sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla syrup
  • 1 tbsp orange juice concentrate

For Serving:

  • ground cinnamon, or nutmeg
  • almonds, toasted

Instructions

  1. Combine sour cream, banana, cream cheese, 1 tablespoon stevia, vanilla syrup, and juice concentrate in a blender.
  2. Cover and blend until smooth.
  3. Top the berries with the cream mixture and sprinkle with cinnamon and toasted almonds. Serve and enjoy!
