How To Make Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the mashed bananas, softened butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and egg until well combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.

Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
