  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the mashed bananas, oats, almond butter, honey, cinnamon, and dark chocolate chips.

  3. Spoon the cookie mixture onto a lined baking sheet, forming small cookies.

  4. Bake for approximately 15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

  5. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
