Ingredients

  • 4 cups of fresh peaches, sliced
  • 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup of rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup of unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches, flour, oats, brown sugar, melted butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix until well coated.

  3. Transfer the peach mixture into a greased baking dish.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the peaches are tender and the topping is golden brown.

  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

  6. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream on top.
