Ingredients

  • 4 cups of cubed French bread
  • 1 can of peaches
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1/4 cup of melted butter
  • 1/4 cup of white sugar
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp of cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 tsp of nutmeg powder
  • 1/4 tsp of salt
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.

  2. Grease a 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

  3. In a bowl, beat the eggs and stir in milk, sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder, and salt.

  4. Reserve a few peach slices and chop the rest of them into small pieces.

  5. Combine the bread cubes with the chopped peaches.

  6. Pour the egg mixture over the bread and peaches, mixing until the bread is fully coated.

  7. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.

  8. Top with the reserved peach slices.

  9. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown on top.

  10. Serve hot and enjoy.
