Ingredients
- 4 fillets of white fish (tilapia or sea bass work well)
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Fresh parsley and cilantro, chopped (optional)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a frying pan, sauté onion, garlic, and tomato with spices until soft.

Transfer mixture to the bottom of a baking dish.

Arrange fish fillets on top of mixture.

Pour white wine and water over fillets.
