How To Make Pizza Margherita

Ingredients
- 1 pizza dough
- 1 cup of marinara sauce
- 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
- Olive oil, for drizzling
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.

Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet. Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Arrange the tomato slices on top. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh basil leaves. Drizzle with olive oil before serving.
